By using Drop you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the app.

1. The service

Drop is a closed messaging app provided by Buinsoft Technology s.r.o.. It is distributed by invitation and is not a public service.

2. Your account

You create an account with a username and a password. Keeping your password safe is your responsibility. You are responsible for what happens under your account.

You can delete your account from inside the app at any time.

3. What is not allowed

Breaking the community rules is not allowed. In addition:

• Using the app for any unlawful purpose
• Trying to access someone else's account
• Overloading the service with automated tools
• Trying to bypass the app's security measures

4. Your content

You are responsible for the content you send. You keep ownership of it. You grant us the right to store and transmit it to the extent needed to run the service.

You accept that your messages can be viewed by administrators. Details are in the privacy policy.

5. Suspension

If you break the rules your account may be suspended or deleted. If you are suspended you will see the reason in the app and you can appeal.

6. Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that it will run without interruption or errors. To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect damages.

This app is not designed for emergency communication. In an emergency use the official emergency services.

7. Changes

We may update these terms. We announce significant changes inside the app.
