Common questions

How do I delete my account

In the app go to Settings › Account › Delete my account. After two confirmations your account and the messages you sent are permanently deleted. If you cannot access the app, write to the address above.

How do I block someone

Open the chat and choose Block from the menu in the top right. You can see who you blocked and undo it under Settings › Blocked people.

How do I report an inappropriate message

Long press the message, choose Report message and pick a reason. The report reaches an administrator and is reviewed within 24 hours.

I am not getting notifications

Check that notifications are enabled for Drop in your phone settings. The app asks for permission the first time you open it. If you declined, you need to enable it from the phone settings.

I forgot my password
